We are living through a moment that is asking more of us. Patterns that have shaped organisations, communities, and relationships for generations are surfacing — visibly, urgently, and all at once. For those of us doing the work of change, the question is no longer just what to do. It's how to see clearly enough to know where to intervene. If you are a coach, consultant, or entrepreneur who has been doing this work for a while, you know the feeling. A client is stuck. You have tried what you know. The work is good — and yet something isn't moving. Or perhaps it's you who senses it's time to go deeper, to refresh how you're working, to add something to your practice that gets to the root of what other tools circle around Orders of Change is a multi-day in-person intensive that equips coaches, HR and OD practitioners, and change leaders with one of the most powerful — and most underestimated — methodologies in the field: Systemic Constellations, rooted in Hellinger's Systemic Theory. It doesn't replace what you already bring. It deepens it. Over three days that unfold as one continuous arc, you will develop a new capacity to read what's invisible in a system — the loyalties, the patterns, the unspoken orders that drive behaviour across teams, organisations, families, and communities. You will work with systemic tools you can begin applying immediately. And you will do this inside a community that is itself part of the method — a held space where the learning happens with and through each other. No prior experience needed. Just bring your curiosity.
YOUR FACILITATOR
Shirley Gregoire McAlpine, PCC Shirley designed Orders of Change for coaches, consultants, leaders and entrepreneurs interested in change — drawing on 30 years as a coach/consultant and 14 years of practice with Systemic Constellations across a wide range of contexts: large-scale team interventions, organisational change, and deep one-to-one coaching work. She has applied this methodology across sectors — from Fortune 100s to nonprofits — and has seen, time and again, how it reaches and impacts what other approaches cannot.
